You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit or a full refund on products (excluding sale items)

The product must be unwashed, unused & in its original packaging.

Please read our policy carefully on how to return or exchange a product.

For Sets (such as Bedsheet Sets, Quilt Cover Sets, Towel Sets, etc.):
All components within the set must be returned as a complete unit, unwashed, and unaltered. They should be packed together in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

For Bundles:
Individual sets from bundles can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

To be eligible for a refund, all items within the bundle must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unwashed and unaltered.

Please ensure the items are in their original packaging and condition. Include any accessories, tags, or labels that came with the product. Securely pack the product in the same box you received it in to prevent damage during transit.

Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will provide you with further instruction on how to proceed with the returns.

We offer free returns and free exchanges (for items of same value) within the 30 day window. However, please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. Once your refund is approved and processed, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Yes, you can exchange your product for a different size, color, or even a completely different product, subject to availability. If there's a price difference, we'll assist you in adjusting the payment accordingly.

We take utmost care in ensuring the accuracy of your order packaging. However, if you happen to receive a defective or incorrect item, please promptly reach out by submitting the contact form or emailing us at info@organicnest.com.au with your order details. We will promptly organize a replacement or issue a full refund, covering return shipping costs, on the condition that the returned item is unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging and condition.
